Under Western Skies
Yes, it's that time of year again...time to begin thinking about summer and the camp opportunities for young Cub Scouts to get their taste of BB guns, archery, leather and wood crafts, den yells, and all the great traditions associated with Cub Scouts! This year's theme is, "Under Western Skies." So bring all your aspiring buckaroos to the best hoe-down in the wild, wild west! PLEASE NOTE: Families should turn in all their registrations, medical forms (parts A and C only for Day Camp), and payment to your pack leadership. Each pack will then use that information to complete their Pack form and give that, plus all the individual applications from their pack, and one pack check to your District Executive, no later than May 7. Registrations received after May 7 cannot be guaranteed a t-shirt or a spot in camp! The is $50 per Scout if received by May 7, $65 after. (There is a 10% discount for those packs who made their Friends of Scouting goal which can be applied to only one council camp (day or resident). Those volunteering who would like a shirt there is a fee of $10 for the cost of the shirt. |
