Mighty Klamath Update

• The Mighty Klamath Roundtable in Klamath Falls will be on December 16th at 7pm.  Training starts at 7:05.  This months training will be This is Scouting.

• The Mighty Klamath recharter process is in full swing. All recharters are due December 17, 2010, no later than noon at the Klamath Service Center, in Kit Carson Park. The will be delivered to the Council Office shortly after.

• Are you, or your son or daugher, looking for an amazing Summer Experience? Applications are being excepted to work at either of our beautiful summer camps. You can drop off your applications in any of our three Service Centers: Bend, Klamath Falls, or Central Point.

• The Klamath District Web group is now operating on Facebook. Come join us, get Trained, and Scout on. If anyone has any questions, you can contact me, Thomas Strickland via email or phone: 541-326-9673 and 541-882-4611.


***New Youth Protection Policy*** 
As of June 1, 2010, the Boy Scouts of America's National Youth Protection Policy states that every Adult Volunteer must go through Youth Protection training every two years. All new adult Volunteers must go through Youth Protection Training before they become a become a Volunteer. Remember that the Boy Scouts of America and the Mighty Klamath District Feel that our greatest resource are our Youth. For more information, check out www.scouting.org.

2010 Council Jamboree
