CRATER LAKE    COUNCIL
  SNOWCAPADES
We would like to invite all of your families to join the
Cub Scouts for an exciting day in the snow! 

  Snowcapades is held at Camp McLoughlin at Lake of the Woods between Klamath Falls and Medford on Highway 140.  Sessions are each Saturday from January 14^th through February 11^th .  The fun includes events with a winter theme:  Fire Building at Fairbanks, an Iditarod, Avalanche Express, Eskimo Express, Snowball Express, Glacier Glide, Gold Rush and the Yukon Trek.  These events translate to saucers, snowshoes; roasting marshmallows, and much more.  It's a day event that is, "winter fun for all".  A hot lunch is served in our winterized dining hall.  The cost of Snowcapades is $15.00 per youth, $10.00 per adult.  Anyone 5 years of age or older may attend.  You will need at least one adult for every 5 youth attending. The fee covers the day’s program, lunch, shuttle, and a patch for everyone in attendance.
