Youth 14 years of age are eligible to serve as a Counselor in Training or CIT. This training program is challenging and rewarding. CIT’s are volunteer staff members, whofocus on developing themselves to gain skills and knowledge so that they can one day become a paid staff member.
CIT’s are assigned to a specific program area (program areas listed above). CIT’s serve as assistants and helpers to the area director and other staff. They are full members of our staff and receive all of the T-shirts and other SWAG that all staff members get. They also help with our camp-wide events, games and campfires.
